Cancellations, Refunds and Returns:
At I.T On Demand, your satisfaction is our top priority. Here’s a clear overview of our return and refund procedures:
Digital Keys: Once a digital key has been activated, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, except if it’s faulty. In such cases, we’ll either replace it or issue a refund.
Lifetime Guarantee: We offer a 365 days Guarantee for any malfunctions or damage caused by the manufacturer*. If you experience issues, reach out to us, and we’ll help resolve them.
*For software, this guarantee is only valid if the program was activated 14 days after order completion
Issues with Product Codes: Should you encounter any problems with your product code, contact us with a detailed description and screenshots. Please note, resolving these issues may take a few days as we coordinate with our suppliers.
Faulty Activation Codes: If we verify that your activation code is faulty, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund. We ensure you either get a working code or your money back.
Non-Returnable Codes: Once a game or software code is delivered and activated, it’s non-returnable and non-refundable. If issues arise post-activation, we’ll assist as best as we can. For technical issues with the software, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any orders we suspect to be fraudulent or suspicious, providing a full refund in such cases.
Order Modifications: If you need to cancel an order before it’s processed, contact us. There may be a small fee from the payment provider for cancellations due to a change of mind or ordering error. We’re here to help rectify any mistakes.
Activated Codes: Once a code has been received and activated, the order cannot be canceled as the code is permanently linked to your account.
Product Enjoyment: We do not offer refunds based on personal preference once the code is activated and linked to your account.
Pre-Ordered Products: Refunds for pre-ordered items are processed only before the code is sent to you, to prevent pre-order fraud.
Payment Card Refunds: If a refund is issued for reasons not related to our error, such as a general order cancellation, we will cover the cancellation fees.

Defective Products:
I.T On Demand Services (PTY) LTD offers 1year implied warranty on the quality of the goods or longer as stipulated by the product, provided that the Products have not been altered contrary to the instructions.
If within 1 year from the original date of delivery the Products are found to be defective, I.T On Demand Services (PTY) LTD shall assess the Product. You shall also be required to produce the original invoice/ credit card/ debit card slip as proof of purchase. Where the Product is found to be defective, I.T On Demand Services (PTY) LTD shall:
Late Delivery:
If a Product purchased from I.T On Demand Services (PTY) LTD are not delivered within the agreed delivery period, or where no specific period was agreed, within 30 days after having purchased the
Product, the ECT Act entitles you to cancel such sale on 7 (seven) days’ notice to I.T On Demand Services (PTY) LTD by phoning 087 821 6105. Should the Product purchased be unavailable, I.T On Demand Services (PTY) LTD shall notify you and issue a full refund within 30 (thirty) days after such notice.
Non- defective Products- Right to “cool off”:
Products which are NOT defective or damaged or which you found to be unsuitable, can be returned to any I.T On Demand Services (PTY) LTD within 7 (seven) days from date of delivery, provided that the Products have not been opened and the packaging is in its original condition and you are able to produce the original invoice/ credit card/ debit card slip as proof of purchase. You are then entitled to cancel the sale of the Products in terms of Section 44 of the ECT Act within 7 (seven) days after your receipt of the Products and to obtain a full purchase price refund, subject to being charged R0.00 in respect of return and handling charge to non-defective returns. I.T On Demand Services (PTY) LTD can hold you liable for any damage caused to the Products whilst it is in your possession.
